ACWS San Diego ~ Nov 2011The AC World Series will be in San Francisco for two events in August and September 2012 for some of the best match and fleet racing you'll ever see. This series of regattas allow the teams to get used to the new class of boats, 45' cutting-edge multihulls powered by towering wingsails, and bring AC racing to fans around the world. Louis Vuitton Cup ~ Valencia 2007The Louis Vuitton Cup is held to determine who has the opportunity to challenge for the America's Cup. 2013 marks the 30th anniversary of the LVC and racing starts in June with a series of 4 fleet races followed by 2 round robin match race series. The top 4 teams will proceed to the semi finals with the first seed racing the fourth and second seed racing the third place team. The two winners will face each other in the LVC Final with the first team to win 5 races proceeding to the AC Finals. This event will mark the debut of the new 72' wingsail catamarans.

The 34th AC Finals start September 7, 2013 and will conclude September 22. As with the LVC, the first boat to win 5 races takes home the Auld Mug.

MCST is pleased to let you know that our rates will not change for these events and we're structuring packages to make it a fun and memorable experience. The ACWS regattas and the LVC qualifiers will be at our regular weekday/weekend hourly rates (3-hour minimum). The LVC semifinals and finals and the AC finals are full-day (6-hour) charters at our weekend rate with discounts when you book 2+ days. The full-day charters include gourmet box lunches from our friends at Pierre Le Chef catering. Special Terms and Conditions will apply.

MCST Charter Rates
   • Weekdays (Monday thru Friday afternoon) $130/hr
   • Weekends (Friday eve, Sat-Sun) and Holidays $165/hr

All charters include complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks and hors d'oevoures and catering can be arranged. Please call or email for details.
